About Anna Kincses

I'm a design researcher and product/service strategist analysing both digital and offline solutions by quantitative and qualitative methods, applying design thinking approach and service design tools. I've been working on projects from local and international SMEs to large corporations, along the whole design process including product design, brand and communication strategy. I translate findings into strategical insights for the best possible intersection of business goals and user/customer needs. Having been responsible for research and strategy at a product design studio for the past 8 years, I've had the honour to work on 35+ projects with 20+ clients from 15+ industries. I've been part of 5 different interaction design and research courses as a lecturer, being the co-leader and recurring mentor of the MOME Insight UX research course for the past two years.
