About Anna King

I am an influencer, a mentor/coach, process-oriented person, inspired by my relationships with others to serve by creating a welcoming environment that inspires people to grow themselves and develop others. This summer will be my eighth year with Chick-fil-A. I love this company because of their passion for people and desire to care for people emotionally, mentally, and spiritually as well as physically. I have served in a variety of different roles, including FOH/BOH supervisor, talent captain, and most recently as an TDP candidate, preparing to apply for TDP in Fall 2023. I have a passion for leadership development, and have track record of implementing systems and processes. I have served as a Grand Opening trainer for about two years now, after participating in the Certified Trainer program. I have experience with high volume openings and the new straight line kitchen model. I am also heavily involved in the CFA scholarship INC team and, after receiving the True Inspiration Scholarship in 2018, served as the co-chair of the Remarkable Futures Alumni board, and as part of the TIS selection panel for the 2022 scholars.
