About Anna Kluender

While Chemical Engineering and French courses don't normally appear on the same transcript, I thrive on the mix of the two. With a degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in French under my belt, I look forward to using my talents in a consumer-facing, globally-impacting career. I am open to traveling internationally and am confident that my background and work ethic allow me to be successful no matter where I am placed. As I am fluent in French thanks to study abroad experiences in St. Brieuc, and Avignon, France, I bring to the table specific skills that most Chemical Engineers do not possess. I have a grasp of the world in a global sense but am also capable of applying my knowledge to a smaller community, be it here in the US or globally. I excel in technical environments such as organic synthesis labs, engineering small-group projects, and critical problem solving, yet am also a skilled communicator and writer. I also have multi-faceted leadership experience from three years of executive positions in the Society of Women Engineers and the Engineering Leadership Council at the University of Notre Dame, as well as experience with the National Association of Engineering Student Councils.
