Life is all about learning new things! I'm a proactive and engaged problem solver and project manager, aiming for improvement and learning in everything I do. Always with a focus on the experience for the end customer/user/employee. Selected experience: Driving upskilling project and change mgmt within ESG; program and project mgmt within larger transformation programs (ERP and supply chain) including communications, stakeholder mgmt, project reporting, etc; process mapping and design including digitalization and automation of processes; strategy execution - driving KPI definition to ensure operations align with strategy; performance mgmt and analytics; portfolio mgmt including business case review and managing reporting; as well as market and financial analysis. In addition, I’m passionate about and enjoy engaging in People-related areas i.e. coaching, organizational culture, upskilling, conducting trainings, employer branding, diversity, as well as recruiting. My industry experience ranges between traditional manufacturing companies, tech and connectivity, public sector and professional services.
