About Anna Korbel

Anna Korbel, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado who currently works as a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist at Kaiser Permanente. Anna received her MSW from the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work with a concentration in health & wellness and completed an internship in pediatric mental health at Children’s Hospital Colorado. After graduation she completed a one year post-graduate fellowship in outpatient therapy at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Prior to her work in social work, Anna spent six years working in student support and crisis management at various higher education institutions and holds a master’s degree in Education from the University of Kansas. Her clinical interests include anxiety related disorders, pediatric mental health, integrated behavioral health and family systems/parenting interventions. Anna uses a variety of treatment modalities in her work including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and is trained in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). Anna has a passion for holistic health, wellness, and mental health advocacy.
