High performing Senior Account Manager with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, I lead the charge in driving growth for our Adobe practice. My core responsibilities include outreach, relationship building with key stakeholders at Adobe and our customers, and identifying strategic opportunities to expand our service offerings. I specialize in both staff augmentation and the delivery of Statement of Work (SOW) and managed services to generate new business and drive sustained growth. Currently, I am leading the roadmap for client's migration from on-premises solutions to the cloud, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing innovation. As the account manager for one of our most critical clients in the financial sector, I oversee the long-term success of this strategic relationship, focusing on both sustainability and growth. My role involves collaborating with internal delivery teams to ensure speed to market, coach best practices, and implement necessary changes based on customer feedback. In addition to managing existing accounts, I am tasked with driving new business development initiatives—securing new logos, forging strategic sub-vendor partnerships, and identifying new lines of business that align with our broader goals.
