Furthermore, I developed the skills to work in challenging situations, confidence with managing processes’ changes, and leading team members’ activities. Supporting stakeholders from many countries mostly in the English language. Trusted advisor to the business regarding Swiss TA Ops processes (mainly Swiss internships). In addition to standard computer and MS Office support, using on a daily basis programs/tools such as Avature, SAP, and iCare.
