As a Human Resources Associate at TRANS INC, I oversaw the daily operations of the company, including dispatching drivers, managing logistics, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. I also developed and implemented training programs to keep the drivers updated with industry standards and safety requirements. I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team that strives to provide the best service to clients and partners.I graduated Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Management. I have been on the Dean's List all four years, demonstrating my academic excellence and dedication. I have gained valuable skills and knowledge from courses such as Negotiations for HR Professionals and Professional Speaking, which have prepared me for real business scenarios and challenges. Additionally, I have honed my leadership and teamwork skills by being a co-founder and president of the Ukrainian Club and a treasurer of the Human Resources Student Association, where I have planned events, recruited members, and managed budgets. I am passionate about learning new things and seeking opportunities to grow personally and professionally.
