I primarily teach a Hatha/ Vinyasa Yoga style of practice that focuses on longer holds of poses to release tension & stress from the body. I incorporate breath work and meditation to further de excite the nervous system to experience decreased levels of stress, elevated states of consciousness, & enhance feelings of overall well being!
