I am an FCCA qualified accountant who has experience within financial services, automotive and the service sectors. I have a proven track record of delivering company objectives and providing operational and commercial support via the accounting function. I am a leader that adapts well to change, driving business performance both strategically and operationally, whilst remaining hands on and coaching, mentoring and leading a team. I am experienced at producing management accounts, forecasts, budgets, yearend statutory accounts and managing the yearend audit process. I drive best practice within companies and streamline procedures and processes to enhance the accounting function. I am an active listener with honesty and integrity as my core values.
