About Anna Kutas

With 13 years of experience in international IT companies, I’ve learned that the core of every success lies in people. Most of my career has been in communications management, with the last 7 years focused specifically on the employee experience – supporting it at every stage, from onboarding and learning to growth and retention. And once, I got so carried away that I even product-managed an internal digital tool to make the employee experience more accessible and engaging!Over time, I realized that what inspires me most is working hands-on with people – supporting their growth, motivation, and well-being beyond just communication strategies. This insight led me to earn a second master’s degree in Psychology, complementing my background in Social Communications. At the end of the day, organizational strength comes down to one thing: supported people are engaged and inspired to do their best work.
