My work bridges strategy and execution across three main areas: Entrepreneurship: I’m the founder of Diretto, a digital service that helps families legally and efficiently pay salary to au pairs, babysitters, and other household help in Sweden. We simplify tax reporting and contracts with automation and guidance — all with a focus on trust, compliance, and clarity. Consulting: As a senior advisor and project manager, I lead assignments in management, digital transformation, and HR tech procurement/implementation. I work hands-on with steering groups and project teams to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex initiatives — often where technology, people, and strategy intersect. 🤝 Board Work: I serve as Chairman of the Board at Envirologic AB Publ, a fast-growing robotics company bring a mix of strategic thinking and operational understanding, especially in organizations undergoing change or growth.
