About Anna Lena Klein

I am a medical scientist with a strong focus on translating research into human-centered solutions. After completing my studies in Medical Physics, I pursued a PhD in Dermatology at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. Throughout my career, I have been working at the intersection of physics, medicine, and technology. I coordinated research projects, managing industry collaborations, and contributing to experimental studies and peer-reviewed publications. In recent years, I have discovered my second passion: teaching Hot Yoga and integrating Mind-Body practices into my professional life. This has deepened my interest in the human aspects of healthcare, leading me to explore how scientific expertise can be communicated with empathy, clarity, and emotional intelligence. My professional focus lies in identifying critical gaps where scientific knowledge, operational processes, and human needs intersect and in creating solutions that bridge these gaps effectively. I combine analytical depth with an interdisciplinary mindset, ensuring that innovations are both scientifically robust and practically relevant. I am seeking opportunities where I can apply my scientific expertise in a strategic, solution-oriented context, contributing to projects that require both technical competence and the ability to navigate complex human-centered challenges.
