About Anna Lindberg

With more than twenty-five years of transformation leadership in consultancy, communications and media, I have learned a lot about standing tall in challenging times, about how to communicate and lead in a way that builds credibility and engagement. Today, I have the privilege to be a part of sustainability transformation together with my talented colleagues at Envima. Throughout the years I have helped leaders, companies, and organizations to find their unique voices and join the public conversation – now, with focus on building sustainable business and society. I’m passionate about development processes and seeing others thrive and achieve results. All my life, I've been working at the intersection of technology, business, and content. My way of leading- Communication. Clarity, vision and empathy are at the core and communication, whether it’s one-to-one, in teams or on stage, is my most important tool- Measurable results, both in regards of finance, output KPI’s and culture. Focus on customers and audience - Building teams and leaders - Adaptation and development. Leading a business requires ongoing development and adaptation, and there are always different points of conflict and clashes of interest that need to be handled. My key words are honesty and respect – with these two core values, any conflict can be handled I was appointed “Inspirer of the Year” and “Media Amazon of the year” in 2017. In 2019, our company ÖM was nominated “Newspaper of the Year”. I have been a member of the Swedish Media Ethics Committee (MEN) and of the Jury of the Grand Journalist Prize (Stora Journalistpriset).
