About Anna Lindblom

Currently working as an Engineering Manager at Siemens Energy in Trollhättan, with a focus on diversity and inclusion and supporting sustainability initiatives. I bring over a decade of experience in the aerospace industry, having worked with Volvo Aero and GKN Aerospace. My journey began in manufacturing engineering, followed by leadership roles in project-based manufacturing teams. I later transitioned into supply chain, where I worked with Lean principles and took responsibility for the procurement process within our operational management system. I led New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, guiding products from development into serial production. I’m driven by curiosity and a positive mindset, and I enjoy tackling challenges with an open and collaborative approach. I believe in continuous improvement and enjoy motivating teams by creating an environment where enthusiasm and learning thrive.
