About Anna Linnik

For the last 8 years, I have been working as an ESL Instructor both for online and offline English schools, based in China and Ukraine. Thanks to my TESL Canada certification program from CCLCS and TESL Ontario program from Centennial College I excelled in various ESL teaching techniques and got deep understanding of empowering student's learning and moving their education forward. I also worked closely with colleagues and parents to develop a long-term learning strategy that resulted in over 89% of students’ retention over 4 years while working for private training centres. Through these experiences, I have developed a solid ability to assess students’ strengths and learning goals. Last year I completed TESL Canada, PBLA, CLB Bootcamp and LearnIT2Teach courses. Moreover, the TESL Ontario course from Centennial College is in process. I enjoy being in fast-growing, educational organizations, passionate about using various teaching techniques and materials to make the classes fun, useful and interesting. Providing a positive learning experience and implementing a communicative approach in education is my first priority.
