A creative thinker, I have led culture change for large teams, managed workforce transitions in complex organisations and advocated for diversity and inclusion. I am an adept strategist with extensive experience in innovation, risk management and social engagement within the context of disruptive technologies. I am an active participant in community organisations - particularly those bringing music to a wide audience. I have made substantive contributions to numerous boards, advisory committees, working parties and expert panels in resources, environmental, sustainability and energy fields.
