About Anna Long

I'm passionate about social justice. I especially want to make a tangible difference in the lives of Toronto’s marginalized women – poor, homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, socially isolated, and often dealing with mental health issues.Professional in supporting clients’ recovery through the provision of intensive case management services including client-centered assessments, treatment, rehabilitation and support services; and working with families to promote mutual assistance, capacity building. Excellent performance of central intake functions including screening calls and other forms of referrals and determines whether the client meets eligibility criteria; performing assessments on the need for services and facilitates access to the appropriate interventions.
