About Anna Luoma

Personality, strengths and key competenses * Customer service and helping clients is my absolute strength. I have received recognition for how I approach clients and how well my interaction skills work even in the most demanding situations. In particular, I want to invest in the customer journey; the customer path must be successful from the first greeting, smile and eye contact to the last thank you and welcoming the customer to use our service again.* During my career, I have been involved in producing events from sports galas to weddings and from music gigs to theater and festivals. The event’s overall coordination from start to finish is a big part of my professionalism. Large productions, dead lines and working with different people in diverse work tasks and positions have refined the coordination and resilience to withstand even bigger challenges.* Working in different teams as a colleague and as a foreman has taught me to support, create team spirit and work together to get the best results. I am used to leading myself and others, scheduling, prioritizing, delegating and solving the challenges ahead effectively, with a holistic view and a positive attitude.* I am a solution-oriented salesperson. I want to create long, meaningful customer relationships, where I represent a trusted partner who listens to their clients. Good and well-targeted sales is great customer service at its best.* I find event production background has made me flexible, persistent and eager to resolve problems. I love the hectic world of productions, but still value the normal day at the office. I love learning new things and evolving myself - I guess that is why I have done two different UAS degrees, first in culture and second in tourism, investing in the second time especially to HR and B2B sales. In the future, I would like to combine most of these factors in my work:* Projects * Communication * Developing and Learning * HR * Events & Productions * Problem solving * Customer service I am open for new opportunities, where ever they might take me! I am eager to develop myself and do not turn my back to challenges. Life is better with smile and a laughter, so my free time includes sport, friends, good food,music, books and podcasts. I intend to see this year at least 5 art exhibitions, 5 new museums and lots of live music gigs.
