About Anna Lydka

As Director of Josselyn Center, I am proud to work for an organization that truly wants mental health for all and cares for all their employees. As a fast paced growing agency I am happy to be part of the leadership to make their vision of treatment become a reality for everyone that reaches out for help. I am a mental health counseling professional with years of experience in community mental health centers, private practice, hospitals, and township agencies. I am passionate about supervising therapists and interns to help them learn and grow as professionals. My strengths include working with families and individuals(specializing in working with teens, adults, and older adults) that are struggling with a variety of mental health issues or life changes. My approach to therapy tends to be solution focused and strengths based while incorporating the philosophy of positive psychology.
