About Anna Lynch

I am an enthusiastic, hardworking, patient, and compassionate employee who currently works at Gemmabio. I worked at the Gene Therapy Program on the Rare Lysosomal Storage Disease Team under Senior Research Investigator Ali Ramezani, PhD. Previously I was in the Vaccine lab at Thomas Jefferson University that works on SARS-CoV-2, measles and Zika vaccine development and a skin immunology lab genotyping mice and working with Primary B cell cultures. I worked in veterinary medicine for three years, did field work in animal conservation in the Peruvian Amazon rainforest, and worked at the Pittsburgh zoo as an intern. I hope to expand upon my experiences in life and learn more about research and make a difference in medicine to those people and animals that are less recognized; while bridging the gap between research and clinical medicine and also communicating and working effectively with a great team of people.
