With 14 years of experience in procurement and project management, I have developed and applied core competencies in sourcing, contract negotiation, market research, data analysis, and stakeholder communication. I have worked with leading companies in the beverage and dairy industries, such as Anheuser-Busch InBev and S-trans, to optimize their procurement processes and achieve their business goals. Most recently, I managed the company’s procurement activities at S-trans, a dairy plant in Ukraine, where I identified the production needs, provided tenders, monitored market trends, and ensured budget targets were met. I also investigated substitute and alternative products and analyzed their quality and cost-effectiveness. In addition, I completed a certification in IT project management from Laba, a reputable online platform, to enhance my skills and knowledge in this field.
