As an Instructional and Training Designer, I create tailored training programs for companies, third-sector organizations, and educational institutions across various regions in Italy. I have a BA (Hons) in Communication and Media from Bournemouth University and full professional proficiency in Italian and English, which allows me to operate confidently in global contexts. I specialize in designing and developing instructional materials, interactive training modules, and learning content. I conduct training needs analysis and develop customized learning solutions for diverse target groups. I also plan and implement professional development initiatives for businesses, NGOs, and schools. Additionally, I manage and develop training projects funded by EFS+(European Social Fund Plus), interprofessional funds, and PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan). My goal is to deliver engaging and effective training sessions and workshops that enhance the skills and knowledge of participants.
