I shape the environment where projects are delivered. At Knowit (former Cybercom) we foster Clients' businesses from innovation, advisory, to product creation. I am a certified Project Manager working with the agile methodologies, who cares about every detail from the project kick-off all the way to its successful completion. Currently at Knowit Poland I am responsible for delivering the software projects for our Clients. At my previous position at Vistex for over 6 years I have been working with 12 clients within the Fortune 100 list, managing their expectations, high demands and changing requirements. Throughout this time I have gained the solid understanding of both processing global payments via web application as well as product and program design, system configurations and testing. I have over 3 years’ experience in coordinating a global payment solution with the total value of transfers made over $2 billion a year and 6 years’ experience in running incentive programs. I can translate the most technical of requests, providing the answers in a language others can easily understand. In my daily work I review the external processes and provide recommendations on how we can help to reduce the operational cost. I cooperate closely with external and internal teams in order to provide the best practice and execute their chosen strategy. I am always looking to drive integrity. I derive joy and satisfaction from helping people become successful. I promote building effective communication, I am passionate about problem solving and service excellence. I am very detail conscious and have a keen focus on quality assurance. I am accountable and valuable team member who can be relied upon to support colleagues by mentoring and motivating them.
