About Anna Malitka

With over six years of experience in the market research industry, I am passionate about delivering partner success and growth in the EMEA region. As the Senior Director Partner Success EMEA at Cint, I lead a team of Partner Success Managers who manage key accounts, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and sell monetization opportunities, data and insights, digital media and technology solutions in a B2B environment. I have a master's degree in business economics from Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I speak fluently English, Polish, and currently learning Swedish. In my current role, I leverage my leadership, strategic thinking and problem solving skills to drive the execution of technical integrations for new partners, grow the active supply base in the EMEA region, and manage the active supply pipeline via CRM and Power BI. I also ensure that the partner success team delivers high-quality service and support to the partners, and fosters long-term relationships with them. I am proud of the achievements that we have made as a team, such as increasing the partner retention rate and helping to implement our clients innovative products and solutions that enhance their experience and satisfaction.
