About Anna-Maria Ross

I am a full cycle instructional designer who geeks-out over all things related to instructional design. I utilize data gathered from job analysis to perform statistical analytics to identify the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities that learners must possess to meet the clients' needs. Before beginning my career as an Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology practitioner, I saw the difficulties both employers and employees faced when there was not optimal career development processes in place. During my management tenure, I was fortunate enough to work with a keyholder who was also an I/O student. It was through our interactions that I found a career path that would allow me to safeguard both employees and employers from the pitfalls associated with inadequate training. When I am not training and mentoring, I can often be found with a camera in my hand hands. I take (arguably) too many pictures of landscapes, friends, family members, and my pug. My photo editing sessions are usually performed with streaming television or YouTube playing in the background.
