I love, live and breathe all things creative, from design and brand management to photography, typography and illustration.Educated to MA level in Design Management, I have been able to combine my love of creativity with my logical, detail-focused brain.Some people would describe me as a living contradiction. I am creative yet logical, spontaneous yet well-planned, passionate about design and yet completely obsessed with detail, order and continuity.I love the erratic nature of creative ideas…(as long as they meet the brief and are typo-free )But with these attributes, I have found my niche – Design and Brand ManagementMy career has taken me through the many facets of the design industry, from Account Management at top agencies to Marketing within large corporate companies and from managing a small design agency to setting up my own creative services business.I set up through49 Ltd in 2007 with my husband, to combine both our areas of expertise, design and brand management (me) and creative photography (my husband, Julian).Since then, I have been providing creative services support for design agencies and small businesses in the form of long- and short-term contracts in Account Management, Brand and Design Management, including detailed projects such as proofreading and copy-editing.Now, having worked with Hilton since 2013, I’m proud to be a permanent member, collaborating with some of the most interesting, intelligent and influential people in this leading company.
