My practical experience as a physician includes working in hospitals across Ukraine, Russia, and Austria. In these roles, I provided direct patient care in internal medicine and geriatric medicine, managed acute and chronic conditions, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment for patients. Each experience enriched my perspective, honed my diagnostic skills, and deepened my commitment to patient-centered care. In addition to clinical practice, I have a strong passion for education and mentoring. At healthPrecision, I designed and implemented a training program for physicians, ensuring seamless onboarding and professional development. By creating learning systems and preparing colleagues for internal exams, I helped build independent and effective teams. I am equally dedicated to process improvement and medical writing.
