I am an early-career Civil Engineer with a Master's degree in Structural Civil Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, complemented by my valuable experience as a Site Engineer. This experience provided me with hands-on knowledge and expertise in design and analysis using AutoCAD, and STAAD-Pro, project coordination, site supervision, estimation, scheduling, budget management, and stakeholder management. My recent completion of two post-graduate certificates from Centennial College, one in Project Management and the other in Construction Project Management has further enhanced my project management skills. I possess a comprehensive understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. I am a strong believer in continuous learning and have actively pursued professional development through online learning and certifications. I am proficient in various project management tools and methodologies, including Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction estimating. In my current role, as a Return Merchandise Authorization Assistant I honed my skills in handling the entire RMA process, including receiving and reviewing RMA requests, verifying product eligibility, coordinating return shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, inspecting returned products, and generating RMA reports. I also developed strong communication skills in interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints related to returns. I am open to new opportunities to apply my skills and knowledge to add value to an organization. I am eager to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to challenging projects.
