Background

About Anna McCarley

As a dedicated Officer in the Oregon Army National Guard with three years of logistics experience, I bring a strong foundation in supply chain operations, procurement, and organizational leadership. Recently, I worked as a Supply Management Specialist with the Oregon G4, where I focused on the procurement of furniture and essential supplies for National Guard units across Oregon—ensuring mission readiness and operational efficiency. Currently serving as an Executive Officer, I oversee daily operations and support the strategic execution of logistics and resource planning within my unit. My role demands a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and effective communication—skills I’ve honed both in the field and through ongoing academic advancement. I’m actively pursuing a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management to deepen my expertise and broaden my impact in both military and civilian logistics environments. Known for being detail-oriented, organized, and a clear communicator, I thrive in dynamic, high-stakes environments where precision and coordination are critical. I'm always open to connecting with fellow professionals in logistics, operations, and supply chain management.
