About Anna McCorvey

As an experienced international school educator with a double major in Education and English and a background in K-12 and secondary education, I place a high value on educating the whole student. I, much like most educators, am a life-long learner and strive continuously to stay abreast of the current trends and strategies in both the educational and operational activities of the Educational School program. Currently, I have more than seven years experience in the classroom. This experience ranges from Kindergarten Teacher at a high needs academy to Professor of Beginning Grammar and Composition with a community college, also in a high needs community. I offer curriculum and instruction expertise as well as strong skills in building relationships between faculty, parents and students and multiple years experience in early childhood care. In addition to classroom experience, I am a fast, versatile writer, and I specialize in taking complicated information and presenting it in an easy-to-understand, upbeat format. I understand the importance of providing curriculum that will engage our students and prepare them for overall success within all academic facets and I strive to achieve this goal daily.
