Born and raised in Salt Lake City, graduated college in Denver, CO, & found my way to the Tahoe Basin to explore new terrain. I unexpectedly fell head-over-heels for the community & lifestyle that this beautiful area has to offer, and now call Lake Tahoe home. One of the reasons why I chose to become a Realtor, is to share with others the things I love most about living in Truckee & North Lake Tahoe. To accommodate Buyers and Sellers on both sides of the lake, I am a licensed Broker Associate in California with Coldwell Banker Residental & a Licensed Realtor in Nevada with Lake Shore Realty. As a real estate professional, I believe in changing the "status-quo" within the Real Estate industry for my client's fulfillment when buying or selling a home. My approach to home-buying or selling is to first educate my clients about the current housing market, trends, & best strategies enabling them to Buy & Sell with confidence. With no added pressure, my clients are allowed the time they deserve to make a well-informed decision with the guidance of a real estate professional. My focus and expertise is on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe & Truckee in areas such as Incline Village, Kings Beach, Tahoe Vista, Tahoe City, Tahoma, Lahontan, Martis Camp, Schaffer's Mill, Gray's Crossing, Old Greenwood, Tahoe Donner, Donner Lake, Northstar Ski Resort, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. Aside from work, you will find me out enjoying some of my favorite sports including skiing, biking, hiking, and playing tennis. I am an outdoor enthusiast in the Truckee-Tahoe area & would love to share my own experiences and recommendations with you too.
