About Anna Mendoza

I am a licensed Electronics Engineer in the Philippines with a strong foundation in backend development, system analysis, and problem-solving. As a Backend Developer Associate at Inchcape Digital Delivery Service, I specialized in Java, Spring Framework, and SAP Commerce Cloud. I successfully implemented a Test Automation System that enhanced quality assurance efficiency across three e-commerce websites and performed product listing using ImpEx and SQL in SAP Commerce Cloud. In my previous role, I developed a customer-centric mindset while resolving client concerns and automating premium calculations using advanced Excel formulas to minimize errors. My technical expertise is complemented by strong interpersonal skills, cultivated through leadership roles during my university years and experiences organizing activities that required flexibility and adaptability. With a passion for continuous learning, I approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset and am always eager to acquire new skills relevant to my field. My diverse background in development, electronics, and leadership positions me to excel in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
