I am a biologist specialized in Biology of Reproduction and Cosmetology I worked hard and with remarkable results, thanks to passion in my work, my personal inclination to team work, my great ability to adapt and the ecletticism that has always been part of my personality. I have six years' experience in research during which I performed my PhD in Italy and an experience as research assistant in UK. After master degree I did some stages as embryologist in Fertility centers. During the last experience I had the opportunity to combine my passion for cosmetology with fertility problems. I have competance in Bi-dimensional, three dimensional and co-culture of bovine oviductal epithelium with sprematozoa and oocytes of innate species: culture of ovarian tissues in permeable dish. Ovary culture and embryonic ovary culture in mouse model. Analysis of ovarian chemoterapic toxicity. Study of possible fertility preservation strategies. Preparation of samples for microscopy. Flourescent labelling of samples for confocal microscopy; experience in techniques- of immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, biochemistry and molecular biology. Analysis and cryopreservation of human semen and testicular biopsies (TESE). Monitoring the instrumentation and laboratory ambience before oocyte retrievals. Oocytes scanning, incubation, preparation of semen for insemination using swim up or discontinuous gradients. IVF techniques I and II level. Operation of fluorescence, phase contrast and confocal microscope. Retrieval and analysis of micrscopy images. I also have experience in the preparation of emulsions and cosmetics in general.
