About Anna Metso
I have studied the bachelors degree in social field in Arcada university. I wrote my thesis about sustainable development in early childhood care. I did a questionnaire that consisted questions about sustainable development in childhood care. I did my trainee in kindergarten as well as in a senior home and in adult social work. I am currently working in Stadin AO as a work coach for students with foreigner backgrounds and who's second language is Finnish. I have been helping the students with job applications and Cv, working skills, writing good Finnish and so on. What I have noticed since working with youth is that there is multiple problems that the youth is suffering from. That's why I want to strengthen my acknowledgment in social work and to become better in our social system. That's why I am interested working in social work with youth in the future. Im am also interested in the employment field and could imagine to be a part in a project that is about that field.
