With over a decade of experience in human resources, I bring a strategic, hands-on approach to leading people and business growth. I’m a seasoned HR executive, educator, and entrepreneur who thrives on turning big ideas into practical, results-driven action. In my current role as Chief HR Officer at Salus Mutual Insurance, I translate business goals into people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and alignment with our organizational values. I’m also the founder of CatalystHR Partners and ActionCOACH Elevate—two ventures built around one core belief: that businesses don’t grow unless people do. Through CatalystHR Partners, I work with organizations to build custom, forward-thinking HR solutions grounded in their specific culture and objectives. At ActionCOACH Elevate, I work directly with business owners and leaders to cut through the noise, get clear on their goals, and build scalable, sustainable growth—without the guesswork. I also teach at Conestoga College, where I bring the realities of modern HR into the classroom to help shape the next wave of HR professionals. Beyond the classroom, I serve on the Southwest Chapter Council for the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), collaborating with peers to strengthen and elevate the profession across our region. Whether I’m building HR strategies, coaching business leaders, or teaching future practitioners, my focus is always the same: practical impact, long-term growth, and real results.
