As a Manager of Customer Success and Partnerships at Cogent Integrated Business Solutions Inc, I oversee the relationships and satisfaction of our clients, as well as the development and execution of strategic partnerships that drive revenue and growth. I am certified in Google UX Design and Social Media Marketing, and I leverage these skills to enhance our online presence and engagement.I have a diverse and rich background in sales and customer service roles, ranging from travel agent to football recruitment hostess to social media consultant. I am also pursuing my passion for creative writing, working on earning a certificate from UCLA Extension. I have outside experience in photography, videography, and editing, which I used to run a travel blog during my time as a travel agent. I am a former professional beach volleyball player, which taught me the importance of leadership, teamwork, and perseverance.
