I arrived in the Recruiting Technology field in 2020 after a variety of roles, including Workday implementations, and had the opportunity to jump-start PPG’s Talent Acquisition tech stack from the basics (ATS and a bare-bones careers site) to a truly advanced ecosystem in five years. Along the way, I’ve led global initiatives across: • Career site strategy & optimization • Candidate Relationship Management platforms (pipeline sourcing automations, drip campaigns) • Automated interview scheduling & in-chat candidate screening • Chatbots / virtual assistants & augmented writing tools • Sourcing channels (job board distribution, events management) • Complex integrations with Workday and O365 My background includes leading Workday deployments (Performance, Learning, and integrations), SaaS vendor management, and driving adoption across global teams—because technology only creates impact when people use it.
