I am an expert in topics related to taxation of personal income, tax residence, taxation and settlement of Polish and foreign income from work, cash capital and real estate. My experience also includes tax advice on inheritances, including inheritances from abroad, donations, division of assets and property settlements of spouses and partners, and representing clients before the tax authorities with regard to PIT and inheritance tax as well as donations. At MDDP, I lead the Personal Tax and Employer Advisory Practice. I also conduct projects concerning, among others, tax restructuring of remuneration and employment of personnel, employee benefits, implementation and operation of management incentive programmes. I support my clients in the field of declaration and settlement of foreign income in Poland, I coordinate projects related to annual tax returns in Poland and abroad.
