As a seasoned Project Management Professional with an MBA and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, I have 7+ years of experience managing multi-site, cross-functional operations, driving process improvements, stakeholder management, and leading teams. With a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, I am a results-focused and personable Project Manager seeking a Project Manager II or Senior Project Management role with a progressive organization. I recommended operational improvements to key leadership, communicated with key stakeholders within the organization as well as with the outsourcing vendors, and analyzed and monitored performance and quality of outsourced employees to ensure KPIs were met. Successfully implemented a seamless hand-off of four processes to BPO vendors. My educational background includes an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Sociology from Eckerd College. I have also completed various management/leadership courses, and I am currently pursuing PMP certification.
