About Anna Mondor

During the last 20 years, I have rewarded an international business and consulting career after attending the Gdansk University of Technology (MSc.Eng in Management and Economics) and the University of Manitoba (MBA degree). I am a multi-lingual, fluent in English and Polish marketing and sales professional with a proven track record in international marketing management, business development, economic development, team motivation, and supervision and implementation of policies and procedures to increase productivity and efficiency. My comprehensive education background, which included international management and marketing, manufacturing, accounting, operational management, project management, and economic development, laid the groundwork for my approach to the private and public sectors. My career path had taken me through several senior management roles from successfully Brand Trade Management to the Economic Development field and recently post-secondary education. Working with brands such as Schwarzkopf (OSIS, Igora Royal, Boncure), Cadbury, Vileda, Lucky Strike, HB, and others allowed me to develop below and above-line marketing experience. I have received a National Award (2001) for the best launched selective brand - OSIS. As a professional with senior-level experience, I possess strong leadership, project management, strategic planning, and business liaison skills and insight. I have a proven track record working with business and industry, all levels of government, boards, universities, and colleges. I am a strong community-minded leader with demonstrated skills in Non – profit boards, Government Relations, Community Strategy Planning, Community Growth Strategies, Business Start-Up and Expansion, and Foreign Direct Investment. In 2017 I have received a Community Initiative Award for developing and executing an economic development strategy for Beausejour & Brokenhead Region. Also, I was recognized by Minister Jim Carr for rural investment initiatives in 2019.
