TENACITY: Over 20 years of experience in the field of education, in a variety of areas including K-8, Higher Education, Graduate Programs, and Charter School management. Credentialed over teachers in 6 years and almost 100 administrators in 2 years. Wrote and had accredited by the CCTC 3 educator credentialing programs. Managed approval of fiscal and educational plans (LCAP) for 40 school districts in Sonoma County; launched Preliminary and Clear Administrator Services Credential Programs. For example, I was elected by my peers on the Committee of Accreditation at the CCTC, for a third term as co-chair an unprecedented term length. My 3 tenets of Leadership: get curious - start with the "why", assume positive intentionality, generate solutions through collaborative engagement. Assumption: ALL students can achieve if you hold them to high expectations. PROFESSIONAL GROWTH I am open to new opportunities to stretch my leadership skills and develop my knowledge around all things that support our efforts to increase equity in opportunity for all students.
