With 11+ years in organisational transformation and management consulting—beginning with Hay Group (now Korn Ferry) in Sydney—I specialise in leadership development, change management, executive coaching, and leadership assessment. My earlier 12+ years in PR and Corporate Communications, including leading a regional operation of an Australian communications agency, ignited my passion for trusted advisory work and strategic questioning that drives transformational outcomes. My ability to see the bigger picture and accelerate both individual and organisational performance stems from this unique blend of consulting expertise and communications insight.
