About Anna Myroshnichenko

I'm an experienced Technical Project Manager with over 6 years of experience. Experience in managing remotely distributed teams since 2014. I have experience both managing a big team (up to 20 team members) and leading several projects at the same time (up to 7 projects at once). I have a technical background - I was working as Test Engineer for 9 years and as Test Lead for 3 years. I'm experienced in supporting different types of releases: hotfixes, Minor and Major releases. I have expertise in launching new products to the end customers (Photography sphere). I supported releases on 4 projects at the same time, taking into account the data migration, sequences of releases, different team members' time zones, and active users on the site. When working with the project team I take care of team members' motivation, thinking about building a friendly and proficient environment inside the team. I'm experienced in managing projects both on Scrum and Kanban methodologies, based on projects' needs, stage, and scope. I performed all Scrum-related routines, like Daily stand-up calls, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Review, and Demo for clients.
