Anna is a Director and Leadership Coach at Life Essentials, a consultancy firm that offers personal and organizational leadership solutions. I am a LinkedIn Top Voice 2022, a Certified Life Coach, and a PhD finalist in Organizational Leadership. With over 20 years of experience in leadership and administration, I have developed expertise in coaching, communication, monitoring and evaluation, crisis management, governance and policy development, strategic planning, financial management, operations, and fundraising. As a coach, trainer, and public speaker, I have empowered managers and senior leaders across various sectors and industries through individual and group coaching, training programs, and online content.
