About Anna Nilsson

I am a user-centered design professional, design strategist and researcher. I work with new technologies development - designing and creating the new reality and emerging opportunities. The future is created by our actions today, and I feel proud to part of the creative professionals making things happen. I am a practical organizer, and I enjoy crafting the early visions into tangible solutions. You will find me perfecting the solutions from the first emerging ideas through research and iteration to the first release and later improvements. I work to define and validate the designs end-to-end by bringing the end customers' point-of-view in the product development. In my work I want to promote a culture of continuous learning, and succeeding as teams. I get energized by sharing experiences and learning from each other and our end users globally. Key areas of expertise- User-centered design, User experience design: Solid hands-on experience in digital and physical products & services development from concept to launch with purposeful and delightful user experience. Strong portfolio of qualitative design research methodologies applicable throughout the development lifecycle- Design strategy and feature planning: Extensive experience in using research data and end-user understanding to inform product planning and to guide feature prioritization and release roadmapping- Project management and leadership: Experience in leading and coaching diverse design and research teams and projects. Experience in integrating design teams to work efficiently as part of Agile software development. Comprehensive skills and experience in project planning, scheduling and resourcing- International experience: Experience of managing multi-cultural and distributed multi-site teams. Extensive experience in research project management internationally in Europe, United States, Asia, and Latin America. Full professional proficiency in English as a daily working language.
