About Anna Nordlander

I have experience from working in fields related to environment, CCA and risk for the last 30 years. My experience is ranging from small scale technical solutions as well as larger projects. My scope of work has been shifting during these 30 years, from general public health, through environmental issues at large production facilities to infrastructure projects and land use planning more related to CCA and risk management. The last decade my work has been focused in the field of risk management, risk assessment, DRR and Climate change adaptation. I have experience from working at local, regional and national level in Sweden. I have also experience working as an environmental consultant. I have gained international experience and been seconded to different UN agencies after natural disasters, for example after the big earthquakes in Nepal and Haiti, after the super typhoon in the Philippines. This work has been related to disaster waste management, hazard identification or environmental coordination.
