My career has enabled me to develop a vast range of skills across diverse settings, from healthcare to accounting. I have core competencies in business management including organizational development, responsibility for day to day business operations, planning and continuous quality improvement along with experience developing and evaluating health services. The combination of health and business management has lead to a natural aptitude in the area of project management and has led to the development of my consulting business “Staples O’Connor Consulting Ltd”. My two university qualifications prove that I am a life-long learner, and that I possess excellent time management skills. My flexible working style allows me to work well autonomously, leading and managing others or as part of a team. I take great pride in my work, and enjoy finding innovative solutions to challenging situations.
