Multi-year leadership experience and a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams, I am passionate about people and building meaningful relationships. Over the years I have led and collaborated successfully in cross-functional environments. I have worked across many areas of HR, but maintain a focus on developing solutions that benefit the organizations I work with more broadly. As a Talent Attractor/Recruiter, my core belief is that recruiting is a human-to-human experience and delivering great experiences is critical to growth.
