With 29+ years of unbroken employment and a variety of roles, I'm continually learning and gaining new skills and experiences. I embrace diversity, welcome new ideas and deal with change effectively. I'm open minded, understanding that processes can change at any given time. I believe in not only simplifying processes to meet the needs of the clients and customers, but to also make it easier for any team I am given the opportunity to work with. Success achieved as a team is just as important as success achieved on your own - I am a team player and I can also be trusted to complete the job on my own. I come from a close-knit family and have Christian faith background, so these values help me relate easily to different languages, people and backgrounds. I believe that a leader is someone who doesn't necessarily know everything, but someone who knows enough to first understand people, care, nurture, support and guide.
